Maybe in a Moment

When I first started this adventure I had just finished a project with Thresholds and Trilogy.  This project is still near and dear to my heart.  I recently learned that one of my acting partners passed away. This video is in her honor.  It was a piece she and I worked and created together about her life.  The video was taken during a set up for a post show party which leads to other funny side stories.  The last thing we sign is "I hope one day my heart and mind become one."

Our first plane trip!
On Monday we flew from CT to Dallas, to Corpus Christi TX.  We traveld with 5 checked bags and 3 carry on bags.  We had a fun adventure getting to the airport, we almost lost one of our bags on highway.  We arrived in Texas without losing a bag!

One of the students came to help us get off the plane and to our hotel.  

We arrived just as the sun was setting! 

The next day we had most of the day to explore and enjoy our hotel on the beach.  The day was a bit overcast but great warm temperatures.  

For Lunch we were recommended the Tango Tea Room and we LOVED it.  IF you are in Corpus Christi you need to try it.  It is vegan, vegetarian, and make sure you have a brownie (not vegan), they are as big as your head!  

Of course after lunch we went swimming!  Then we got ready for this: 

The night had come very humid! 

These are the students at Del Mar College.  They are all learning sign language and working to become interpreters.  They raised money to bring us to them, and then the money from the show was used for a few of the students to go to an interpreting conference in Texas.  They also presented us with flowers after the show and took us out to dinner.  

On Wed we packed up and flew from Corpus Christi to Houston, to Newark NJ, to CT.  It was a LONG day of flying!  

I do admit that sometimes I am a geek, and on our flight from Houston to NJ we had tv's in front of our seats.  AND THEY HAD CAPTIONS!!!  

Sometimes the TSA has a sense of style!
